Evident I never recieved a loan ever from SkyCap F. US.
I recently recieved scam from the agency claiming I owe thousands and they have paid a credit union to now scam on thier behalf. Funds from my personal account in the amounts of hundreds were taken without authorisation. I have never concealed my bank info or location and somehow they searched confidential files and scammed ruining my personal credit score since 2016. it is now Dec 2020 and i have recieved obnotious lenghty foreign language calls on my personal cell plus texts 3?
times per day saying I owe them my money?
What is the solution to rid of scam? and how are the collection agencies apart of the picture?

Credit Report showing over $5000 loan from Skycap Financial
I was checking my credit score and noticed that there was a loan from 2014 with Skycap Financial - Kingston, Ontario. I have never lived in Kingston.
I know definitely that I did not sign any legal paperwork with them as I keep every legal document on file. This is affecting my credit score and I have no reason to pay for it since I never dealt with them in any way shape or form.
Have you considered that someone actually took out a loan with Skycap Financial in your name? If so, that would mean someone has access to your personal info like SSN, name and address, etc.
You need to contact them and see if you can find out more information. They may or may not give you information, but tell them that it would appear you are the victim of identity theft and need to get this resolved as it is affecting your credit. You may also contact the credit reporting agency and advise them of the situation. There are many ways your identity can be stolen, from a breach of some company you deal with and have given personal info to all the way to someone you know who has your personal info and decided to use it to get a loan.
Who knows? Better find out sooner, rather than later.

What a scam
I am in the same boat they keep phoning me and have sent me to collections. I never received any thing from them and they keep trying to get my money they claim I owe them they withdrew money from my account until I had non left and had to put a stop payment which cost 7.50 per month.
They claim I owe them $2400.00 for an account which I don't have.
They call at all hours of the day and the night. I am not sure where they find this information and I do not owe them anything.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I have also reached out to them several times with absolutely no response to find out exactly what I owe so I can pay them off and be done with them forever but no response at all can't wait one more month then done Never again will I use a crooked company such as this Got sucked into a 2600 dollar loan in the fine print it will never happen again sorry to hear that this has happened to you as well and I got no tablet at all

Crooked rip off artists
I would like to know how a company can ruin your credit when you had no contract with them. In today’s day and age you would think this could be stopped STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY they are crooks 7500.00 is what they have put on my credit report for collections when they have done nothing for it and I didn’t have anything signed with them

Yes I too am a victim I never receieved said tablet and card, also the money borrowed where did it go as I didnt see any of it so why should I be owing back any of it which was 2300 and my credit is still the same so no payment went to credit canada. I would like this resolved so I will be taking this to court, would be nice if others that were victims to this company we should all go after them as a class action etc...
